Prior to acceptance, you will be quoted a fee for each individual assignment. Actual appraisal fees are based upon the difficulty of the assignment and are in no way contingent upon a predetermined value. Commercial appraisal fees and payment terms vary and will be quoted at the time of job acceptance. Fees are subject to change with the changing expenses related to completing appraisal assignments.
